Our experienced team specializes in ground-up construction, maintenance and repair, specialized testing and diagnostics, and power and equipment solutions. Built on a foundation of exceptional craftsmanship and long-lasting customer relationships, we combine decades of design and construction expertise with superior service to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions for every project.
OUR STORY
Founded in 1973 by Del and Joann Reynolds, Reynolds Electric began as a small, family-run service company specializing in residential and commercial handyman work. Over the next decade, the company grew to a dedicated team of 12, staying true to its service-first approach.

In 1986, Del's brother, Ernie Reynolds, took the helm with a vision to expand into large-scale commercial projects and the Phoenix market. Under Ernie's leadership, Reynolds Electric nearly tripled in size while preserving its family-oriented culture.

A pivotal moment came in 1998 when Reynolds Electric merged with Integrated Electrical Services (IES) and locally with Hatfield Electric. This strategic move, which formed Hatfield-Reynolds Electric, fueled significant growth and established the company as one of Arizona's leading electrical contractors. Ernie remained as President, guiding the company through this successful expansion.

However, by 2007, differing values led to the end of the partnership with IES. In 2008, Ernie relaunched Reynolds Electric alongside his son, Ben Reynolds, and trusted employee Manny Gaytan, rebuilding the company from the ground up.

After Ernie's passing in 2011, Ben and Manny carried forward the company's legacy, growing steadily while upholding the family values that set Reynolds Electric apart. In January 2024, Manny retired, passing the torch to Matthew Casas, a 20-year veteran who rose to Senior Estimator and Project Manager.

Now led by Ben Reynolds and Matthew Casas, Reynolds Electric is entering an exciting new chapter, driven by a bold vision for growth and a steadfast commitment to quality and family-centered values. The foundation is set for continued success in the decades ahead.
